Shoe and accessory packer in Greece (Thessaloniki)

📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official employment in accordance with the labor code;

   ✅ Business trip to Greece.
2. Employment contract (direct Greek employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Greek Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes, social security, and pension contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for the employee in accordance with Greek law;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and legal residence in the country.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 10.90 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 1935 – 2375 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 8.75 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 1550 – 1900 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8 – 12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly workload: 168–200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging shoes (trainers, boots, dress shoes, etc.) and accessories (belts, bags, wallets, etc.);
• Checking products for compliance, completeness, and absence of defects;
• Sorting by brand, size, and category;
• Marking and labeling boxes;
• Maintaining order in the workplace;
• Compliance with occupational safety standards and internal regulations.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The employer partially covers the cost of accommodation (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: up to EUR 100/month (deducted from salary).
