Shoe packer in Switzerland (Ballerna)

📜 Official employment under the Schweizer Arbeitsvertrag contract, which is governed by the Swiss Labor Code (Obligationenrecht, ArG) and provides for:

✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions (AVS, ALV, Krankenversicherung, etc.);

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 27.50 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 4450 – 5340 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 22.00 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3560 – 4270 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 hours a day in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly workload: 160–190 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging shoes (trainers, boots, shoes, etc.);
• Checking products for defects and compliance with quality standards;
• Marking, labeling, and sorting products by model and size;
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace;
• Compliance with sanitary and safety regulations.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 100 to 200 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
