Shoe packer for warehouse

📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

   ✅ Legal protection for the employee;
   ✅ Business trip to Finland.
2. Työsopimus suoraan Suomessa (direct employment contract in Finland):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with Finnish labor law;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions in accordance with Finnish law;
   ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
   ✅ Protection of employee rights in accordance with Finnish labor law;
   ✅ Opportunity for long-term employment, obtaining a residence permit, and living in Finland.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 23.10 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 4225 – 4750 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 18.50 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3380 – 3800 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 – 10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 180-200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging shoes (trainers, boots, shoes, sandals, etc.);
• Checking the integrity of the packaging and compliance with quality standards;
• Sorting, labeling, and preparing products for shipment;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace;
• Working in a clean, dry, and controlled environment.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 50 to 150 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
