Packager of small auto parts in Bulgaria (Sofia)

📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official employment in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for the employee;
   ✅ Business trip to Bulgaria.
2. Employment contract (direct Bulgarian employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Bulgarian Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Bulgaria.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 9.40 EUR/hour;
   🔴Monthly salary: 1790 – 2070 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 7.50 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 1430 – 1650 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week, 8–12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly workload: 190–220 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging small auto parts (filters, lamps, fasteners, interior parts, etc.);
• Sorting products by item and category;
• Checking for completeness and damage;
• Marking, labeling, and scanning parts;
• Preparing orders for shipment and working with boxes;
• Compliance with safety and order in the warehouse.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 40 to 80 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
