1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

2. Anställningsavtal direkt i Sverige (direct employment contract in Sweden):

   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions in accordance with Swedish law;
   ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
   ✅ Protection of employee rights in accordance with Swedish law;
   ✅ Opportunity for long-term employment, obtaining a personnummer, and residing in Sweden.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 22.80 EUR/hour
   🔴 Monthly salary: 4160 – 4675 EUR/month
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 18.25 EUR/hour
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3330 – 3740 EUR/month

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 – 10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly workload: 180 – 200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and sorting small auto parts (gears, filters, gaskets, etc.);
• Checking the completeness and quality of products;
• Marking and sorting goods by category;
• Preparing orders for shipment, forming pallets;
• Compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utility costs are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 80 to 160 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
