Soft toy packer for a warehouse in Prague (Czech Republic)

🏢 A large warehouse complex for the production and distribution of soft toys is inviting men, women, and couples to apply for the position of packer. Light and clean work in a modern facility with official employment and stable employment.

📜 Official employment under a Pracovní smlouva (HPP) contract, which is regulated by Czech labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration in accordance with Czech law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;
✅ Increased pay for overtime, night shifts, holidays, and vacation.

💶 Salary:

🔴 Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: CZK 268/hour (EUR 11.00/hour);
💸 Productivity bonus: CZK 2,500 – 5,000/month (EUR 100 – 200/month);
💰 Monthly salary (including overtime): CZK 58,780 – 74,680/month (EUR 2,400 – 3,055/month).

🟢 After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: CZK 215/hour (EUR 8.80/hour);
💸 Productivity bonus: CZK 2,000 – 4,000/month (EUR 80 – 160/month);
💰 Monthly salary (including overtime): CZK 47,150–59,900/month (€1,931–2,450/month).

📈 Additional payments in accordance with the Czech Labor Code:

• Overtime hours: +25% to the base rate;
• Overtime shifts (on weekends/holidays): +100% (double pay);
• Vacation and sick leave are paid in accordance with the established rules of the employment contract.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week, 8–12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime — by agreement;
• Average working hours: 200–240 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing and sorting soft toys by type and size;
• Checking products for integrity and cleanliness;
• Labeling and marking packages;
• Completing batches and preparing them for shipment;
• Maintaining order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free accommodation (utility costs: up to CZK 2,000/month deducted from salary);
• Accommodation in rooms for 2 people / couples are placed together;
• Conditions: beds, bed linen, household appliances, Wi-Fi;
