Sports goods packer in Spain (Barcelona)

📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official employment in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for the employee;
   ✅ Business trip to Spain.
2. Contrato de trabajo directo en España (direct Spanish employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Spanish Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions in accordance with Spanish law;
   ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
   ✅ Protection of employee rights in accordance with Spanish labor law;
   ✅ Possibility of long-term employment, obtaining a residence permit, and living in Spain.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 17.80 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 3050 – 3690 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 14.25 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2440 – 2950 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8 – 12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly workload: 168-200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging sports goods (clothing, shoes, balls, accessories, etc.);
• Checking products for integrity, completeness, and compliance with standards;
• Sorting products by type, size, and category;
• Labeling, sticking labels, preparing for shipment;
• Compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace;
• Work in a clean, dry, and controlled environment.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 75 to 150 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
