🏢 A modern production and logistics center for packaging and sorting sporting goods in Riga is inviting men, women, and couples to apply for a packaging job. Work in a stable European company with comfortable conditions, official employment, and the prospect of long-term employment.

📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official employment in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for the employee;
   ✅ Business trip to Latvia.
2. Darba līgums (direct Latvian employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Latvian Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social contributions in accordance with Latvian legislation;
   ✅ Legal protection of the employee in accordance with Latvian law;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Latvia.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 10.30 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 2025 – 2500 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 8.25 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 1620 – 2000 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 – 12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 190–230 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging sports goods (balls, equipment, accessories);
• Quality control and packaging integrity;
• Marking and labeling products;
• Sorting goods by category and size;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace;
• Compliance with sanitary and safety regulations.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Partial payment for accommodation by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation in hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room); Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Amenities: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance to work: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company transport;
• Utilities: 40–80 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
