📜 Official employment under an Umowa zlecenie contract, which is regulated by Polish labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration in accordance with Polish law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;
✅ Possibility of bonuses and contract extension.

💶 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 36.80 zł/hour (8.72 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 400 to 800 PLN/month (95 – 190 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7,760 – 9,632 PLN/month (1,840 – 2,284 €/month)

🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: PLN 31.28/hour (€7.42/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: PLN 340 to PLN 680/month (€81 to €161/month)
💰 Monthly salary: PLN 6,600 – 8,187/month (€1,565 – €1,941/month)

💶 Hourly rate (net): PLN 36.80/hour (€8.72/hour)
💸 Bonuses and allowances (net): PLN 400–800/month (€95–190/month)
💰 Monthly salary (net): PLN 7,760 – 9,632/month (€1,840 – 2,284/month)

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 – 12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime: possible by prior agreement;
• Monthly workload: 200-240 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and sorting tea products (filter bags, cans, boxes);
• Checking the quality and integrity of packaging;
• Labeling, marking, and completing orders;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (only utilities are paid: 200–400 zł/month);
• Rooms: 2 people/couples — together;
• Conditions: beds, bedding, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Shops and pharmacies nearby, walk or take the company bus to work.
