Tea packer for a warehouse in Prague (Czech Republic)

🏢 A large warehouse center for tea storage and distribution invites men, women, and couples to apply for the position of packer. The work is easy, stable, and takes place in a modern warehouse with official employment and comfortable conditions.

📜 Official employment under a Pracovní smlouva (HPP) contract, which is regulated by Czech labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration in accordance with Czech law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;
✅ Increased pay for overtime, night shifts, holidays, and vacation.

💶 Salary:

🔴 Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: CZK 210/hour (EUR 8.60/hour);
💸 Productivity bonus: CZK 2,500–5,000/month (EUR 103–205/month);
💰 Monthly salary (including overtime): CZK 46,600 – 59,600/month (EUR 1,915 – 2,450/month).

🟢 After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: 168 CZK/hour (6.90 EUR/hour);
💸 Productivity bonus: 2000 – 4000 CZK/month (82 – 165 EUR/month);
💰 Monthly salary (including overtime): 37,265 – 47,650 CZK/month (1,530 – 1,958 EUR/month).

📈 Additional payments in accordance with the Czech Labor Code:

• Overtime hours: +25% to the base rate;
• Shifts on weekends and holidays: +100% (double pay);
• Vacation and sick leave are paid according to the contract.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week, 8–12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime – by agreement;
• Average working hours: 200 – 240 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and sorting various types of tea;
• Checking the quality and integrity of packaging;
• Labeling, marking, and completing orders;
• Preparing shipments;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free accommodation (utility costs: CZK 1,500–2,000/month deducted from salary);
• Rooms for 2 people / couples live together;
