📜 Official employment under an Employment Contract, which is governed by UK labor law and provides for:

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: £26.20/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: £4,400–£5,240/month.
2. After tax (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: £21.75/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: £3,650–£4,350/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week, 8 hours per day in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly workload: 168–200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, etc.);
• Checking products for integrity, completeness, and quality;
• Sorting products by type and item number;
• Labeling, sticking labels, preparing for shipment;
• Compliance with quality standards and safety rules;
• Work in a clean, dry, and temperature-controlled room.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from £90 to £160/month (deducted from salary).
