📜 Official employment under an Arbeidsavtale contract, which is governed by Norwegian labor law and provides for:

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 28.20 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 5145 – 5780 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 20.50 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3740 – 4200 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8-10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 180–200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging toys (figurines, construction sets, kits, etc.);
• Checking products for integrity, completeness, and quality;
• Sorting products by type and item number;
• Labeling, sticking, preparation for shipment;
• Compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace;
• Work in a clean, dry, and controlled environment.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utility bills are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2–3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: from 120 to 200 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
