Toy packer in Italy (Bologna)

🏢 A modern production and logistics center for toy packaging in San Lazzaro di Savena (a suburb of Bologna) is looking for men, women, and couples to fill packaging positions. 📜 We offer two official employment contracts, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official employment contract in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Business trip to Italy.
2. Contratto di lavoro diretto in Italia (direct Italian employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the Italian Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and social security contributions in accordance with Italian law;
   ✅ Full medical and social insurance;
   ✅ Protection of employee rights in accordance with Italian labor law;
   ✅ Possibility of long-term employment, obtaining a residence permit, and living in Italy.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 17.50 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 3390 – 3975 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 14.00 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2710 – 3180 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 – 10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly workload: 190 – 220 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging toys (soft, plastic, board games, etc.);
• Checking products for integrity, completeness, and functionality;
• Sorting products by type and age category;
• Labeling, sticking labels, preparing for shipment;
• Compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace;
• Working in a clean, dry, and controlled environment.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: to 150 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
