Packager of branded clothing in Poland (Warsaw)

📜 Official employment under a contract of mandate (Umowa zlecenie), regulated by Polish labor law:

💶 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 37.00 zł/hour (8.70 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: up to 760 zł/month (100 – 200 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7500 – 9500 zł/month (1850 – 2300 €/month)

🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: 31.50 PLN/hour (7.40 EUR/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: up to 650 PLN/month (152 EUR/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 6400 – 8100 PLN/month (1500 – 1900 EUR/month)

🟢 3. For students under 26 (tax benefits):
💶 Hourly rate: 37.00 PLN/hour (8.70 EUR/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: up to 760 PLN/month (100 – 200 EUR/month)
💰 Monthly salary: PLN 7,500–9,500/month (€1,850–2,300/month)

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5–6 working days per week, 8–10 hours per day in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes and 1 lunch break – 30 minutes;
• Overtime work is possible;
• Monthly norm: 190–220 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and sorting branded clothing, footwear, and accessories;
• Checking the quality, integrity, and compliance of products;
• Labeling, marking, and completing orders;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (only utilities are paid: 250–420 zł/month);
• Accommodation for 2 people per room / couples together;
• Facilities: beds, bedding, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Close to shops and pharmacies; commute to work on foot or by company transport.
