Tea packer in Poland (Lublin)

📜 Official employment under the Umowa zlecenie contract, which is regulated by Polish labor law and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration under Polish law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions;
✅ Possibility of bonuses and contract extension.

💶 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 37.50 zł/hour (8.80 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 300 to 800 zł/month (100 – 200 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: PLN 7740 – 9730/month (€1820 – 2288/month)

🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: PLN 32.00/hour (€7.50/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: PLN 250 to PLN 680/month (€58.5 to €160/month)
💰 Monthly salary: PLN 6600 – 8300/month (€1550 – 1950/month)

🟢 3. For students under 26 (tax benefits):
💶 Hourly rate: PLN 37.50/hour (€8.80/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 300 to 800 PLN/month (100 – 200 EUR/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7740 – 9730 PLN/month (1820 – 2288 EUR/month)

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5-6 days a week, 8-12 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes lunch;
• Overtime: possible upon prior arrangement;
• Monthly working hours: 200 – 240 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing and sorting tea products (filter bags, jars, boxes);
• Checking the quality and integrity of the packaging;
• Stickering, marking and picking orders;
• Working with a hand scanner and warehouse system;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (only utility bills: 200 – 400 zł/month);
• Rooms: 2 people / married couples – together;
• Conditions: beds, bedding, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Shops, pharmacies nearby, walking distance to work or by company bus.
