Parts packer for BMW AG production in Germany

🏢 BMW AG, a leading global manufacturer of premium automobiles and motorcycles, invites employees to fill the positions of parts packers at its plants in Berlin, Munich and Leipzig.

📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

2. Befristeter Arbeitsvertrag (direct German employment contract):

   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Germany.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 23.60 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 3830 – 4600 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 17.00 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2760 – 3310 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 hours a day in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 160–190 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging automotive parts and components;
• Checking the quality and compliance of parts with standards;
• Marking and sorting packaged products;
• Preparing parts for shipment to the warehouse or production;
• Compliance with safety and production standards.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is covered by the employer (except for utilities);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room for 2-3 rooms;
• Amenities: beds with mattresses, new furniture, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Location: proximity to the workplace or free shuttle;
• Utilities: up to 150 EUR per month (deducted from salary).
