  1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

    ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Germany.

💶 Salary:

  1. Before taxes (gross):
    🔴 Hourly rate: 25.00 EUR/hour;
    🔴 Monthly salary: 4 000 – 5 000 EUR/month.
  2. After taxes (net):
    🟢 Hourly rate: 18.00 EUR/hour;
    🟢 Monthly salary: 2 880 – 3 600 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

  • 5 days a week, 8 hours in 2 shifts;
  • First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
  • Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
  • Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30-minute lunch;
  • Overtime hours are possible upon agreement;
  • Monthly working hours: 160 – 200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

  • Packing car parts and components;
  • Checking the quality and compliance of parts with standards;
  • Marking and sorting packaged products;
  • Preparing parts for shipment to a warehouse or production facility;
  • Compliance with safety precautions and production standards.

🏠 Accommodation:

  • The cost of housing is covered by the employer (except for utilities);
  • Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2 people per room);
  • Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room for 2-3 rooms;
  • Amenities: beds with mattresses, new furniture, appliances, Wi-Fi;
  • Location: close to the workplace or free transfer;
  • Utility costs: from 80 EUR to 150 EUR per month (deducted from salary).
