📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

2. Befristeter Arbeitsvertrag (direct German employment contract):

   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Germany.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 24.00 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 4 320 – 4 800 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 17.28 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3 110 – 3 456 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 – 10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 08:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime: possible by prior agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 180 – 220 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Visual quality control of products;
• Checking for defects and damage;
• Rejection and sorting of products;
• Packing parts and labeling;
• Compliance with safety regulations in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of housing is covered by the employer (except for utilities);
• Several accommodation options: hostel, apartment, private house, dormitory;
• All rooms are designed for 2 people (a married couple is accommodated in one room);
• Common areas for every 2 – 3 rooms: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Amenities: high-quality beds and mattresses, new bed linen, wardrobes, bedside tables, air conditioning/heating, all necessary equipment in used condition, free Wi-Fi;
• Infrastructure: proximity to shops, pharmacies, walking distance to work (or free transfer on a corporate bus);
• Cost of utilities: from 50 EUR to 150 EUR per month per person (deducted from salary).
