📜 We offer two official employment formats, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

2. Befristeter Arbeitsvertrag (direct German employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Germany.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 23.00 EUR /hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 3 680 – 4 600 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 16.56 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2 650 – 3 312 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 hours a day in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes lunch;
• Overtime is possible by prior agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 160 – 190 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging of finished medicinal products (tablets, capsules, ampoules, etc.);
• Quality control and packaging integrity;
• Sorting and labeling of products;
• Preparation for shipment and dispatch;
• Compliance with safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is covered by the employer;
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room for 2–3 rooms;
• Amenities: beds with mattresses, new furniture, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Location: close to the workplace or free shuttle service provided;
• Utilities: 60-130 EUR per month (deducted from salary).
