1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

   ✅ Business trip to the Netherlands.
2. Tijdelijk contract (direct Dutch employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payment without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for the employee;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in the Netherlands.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 22.20 EUR/hour
   🔴 Monthly salary: 4055 – 4530 EUR/month
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 16.00 EUR/hour
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2920 – 3260 EUR/month

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8–10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible by prior agreement;
• Monthly workload: 180–200 hours

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging coffee products (bags, cans, gift sets);
• Quality control of packaging, labeling, and expiration dates;
• Labeling, sorting, and preparing for shipment;
• Compliance with sanitary and safety standards.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer;
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room for 2-3 rooms;
• Amenities: beds with mattresses, new furniture, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Location: proximity to the workplace or provision of free transportation;
• Utilities: from EUR 50 to EUR 150 per month (deducted from salary).
