Coffee packer in Poland (Poznań)

🏢 A modern warehouse complex for packaging and distributing coffee products is inviting men, women, and couples to work as coffee packers. The company guarantees stability, good working conditions, the opportunity to take on additional shifts, and bonuses for accuracy and productivity.

📜 Official employment under a Umowa zlecenie contract, which is regulated by Polish labor law and provides for:
✅ Salary is paid on time, without delays;
✅ Employment under Polish law;
✅ All taxes and social contributions are paid by the employer;
✅ Possibility of receiving bonuses and contract extensions.

💶 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 37.50 zł/hour (8.80 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 300 to 600 PLN/month (75–145 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7000–8800 PLN/month (1640–2060 €/month)

🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: PLN 32.00/hour (€7.50/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: PLN 250 to PLN 510/month (€60 to €120/month)
💰 Monthly salary: PLN 6,000–7,500/month (€1,400–1,760/month)

🟢 3. For students under 26 (tax benefits):
💶 Hourly rate: PLN 37.50/hour (€8.80/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: from 300 to 600 PLN/month (75 – 145 EUR/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 7000 – 8800 PLN/month (1640 – 2060 EUR/month)

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8–10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 × 20 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime is possible, but only on a voluntary basis;
• Monthly workload: 180–220 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and packing coffee products (beans, capsules, ground coffee);
• Quality control and expiration date checks;
• Labeling, sticking labels, and forming batches;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (only utilities are paid: 250–450 zł/month);
• Accommodation for 3 people per room, separate rooms are allocated for couples;
• In the accommodation: furniture, bedding, appliances, internet;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, laundry room;
• Corporate transport to the warehouse, supermarket and pharmacy nearby.
