Cosmetics packer in Poland (Katowice)

📜 Official employment under the Umowa zlecenie contract, regulated by Polish labor law:

💶 Salary:

🔴 1. Before taxes (gross):
💶 Hourly rate: 37.50 zł/hour (8.80 €/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: up to 700 zł/month (up to 165 €/month)
💰 Monthly salary: PLN 7,500 – 9,730/month (€1,760 – 2,280/month)

🟢 2. After taxes (net):
💶 Hourly rate: PLN 32.00/hour (€7.50/hour)
💸 Bonuses and premiums: up to 600 PLN/month (up to 140 EUR/month)
💰 Monthly salary: 6400 – 8300 PLN/month (1550 – 1950 EUR/month)

💶 Hourly rate: 37.50 PLN/hour (8.80 EUR/hour)

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 – 6 days a week, 8 – 10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime: possible by prior agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 190 – 240 hours per month.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging and sorting cosmetic products (creams, shampoos, deodorants, sets);
• Checking the tightness of packaging and the integrity of products;
• Sticking labels, marking and completing orders;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Free (only utilities are paid: 250–420 zł/month);
• Rooms: 2 people/couples — together;
• Conditions: beds, bedding, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Shops and pharmacies nearby, walk or take the company bus to work.
