1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

2. Befristeter Arbeitsvertrag (direct German employment contract):

   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Germany.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 24.30 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 3960 – 5000 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 17.50 EUR/hour;
   🟢Monthly salary: 2850 – 3600 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8 – 10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.;
• Second shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes for lunch;
• Overtime possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 160–200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging Nivea cosmetic products (creams, lotions, shampoos, gels, etc.);
• Checking product quality and packaging integrity;
• Sorting by series and categories;
• Labeling and preparing for shipment;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace;
• Compliance with sanitary and safety regulations.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is covered by the employer;
• Accommodation: apartments, dormitories, hostels (2 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room for 2-3 rooms;
• Amenities: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Location: close to the workplace or free company shuttle;
• Utilities: 80-150 EUR/month (deducted from salary).
