1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

2. Tijdelijk contract (direct Dutch employment contract):

   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in the Netherlands.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 23.30 EUR/hour
   🔴 Monthly salary: 3 728 – 4 660 EUR/month
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 16.78 EUR/hour
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2 685 – 3 356 EUR/month

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes lunch;
• Overtime hours are possible upon prior arrangement;
• Monthly working hours: 160 – 190 hours

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing LED lamps and lighting elements;
• Checking product quality and labeling;
• Sorting, sticking stickers and stacking on pallets;
• Working with a hand scanner and packaging line;
• Compliance with safety regulations and cleanliness in the workplace
