🏢 Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, the largest producer and distributor of Coca-Cola brand beverages in Europe, is inviting employees to apply for packer positions at logistics warehouses in Antwerp, Ghent, and Charleroi, Belgium.

📜 We offer two official employment contracts, depending on your situation:

  1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

    ✅ Business trip to Belgium.
  2. Contrat à durée déterminée – CDD (direct Belgian employment contract):
    ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
    ✅ Official registration in accordance with the labor code;
    ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
    ✅ Legal protection for employees;
    ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Belgium.

💶 Salary:

  1. Before taxes (gross):
    🔴 Hourly rate: 23.80 EUR/hour;
    🔴 Monthly salary: 4 046 – 5 000 EUR/month.
  2. After taxes (net):
    🟢 Hourly rate: 17.13 EUR/hour;
    🟢 Monthly salary: 2 912 – 3 600 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

  • 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, 2 shifts;
  • First shift: 06:00–14:00;
  • Second shift: 14:00–22:00;
  • Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes lunch;
  • Overtime hours are possible upon prior arrangement;
  • Monthly working hours: 160–190 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

  • Packing bottles and cans of drinks;
  • Checking the integrity of the packaging and expiration dates;
  • Sorting and preparing products for shipment;
  • Working with a hand scanner and logistics system;
  • Compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

🏠 Accommodation:

  • The cost of housing is covered by the employer;
  • Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2 people per room);
  • Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room for 2-3 rooms;
  • Amenities: beds with mattresses, new furniture, household appliances, Wi-Fi;
  • Location: close to the workplace or free transfer;
  • Utilities: to €150 per month (deducted from salary).
