📜 We offer two official employment contracts, depending on your situation:

1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official employment contract in accordance with the Labor Code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Business trip to Belgium.
2. Contrat à durée déterminée – CDD (direct Belgian employment contract):
   ✅ Guaranteed salary payments without delays;
   ✅ Official registration in accordance with the labor code;
   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Belgium.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 24.15 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 3 864 – 4 830 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 17.38 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2 781 – 3 476 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8 hours a day in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30-minute lunch;
• Overtime hours are possible upon prior arrangement;
• Monthly working hours: 160 – 200 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing and sorting clothes and shoes;
• Sticking stickers and marking goods;
• Checking the quality of products before shipping;
• Preparing goods for shipment;
• Compliance with company standards and safety.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of housing is covered by the employer (except for utilities);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room for 2-3 rooms;
• Amenities: beds with mattresses, new furniture, appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Location: close to the workplace or free transfer;
• Utility costs: from 50€ to 150€ per month (deducted from salary).
