1. Umowa delegowania (employment through a Polish company):

2. Contrat à durée déterminée – CDD (direct Belgian employment contract):

   ✅ Payment of taxes and contributions;
   ✅ Legal protection for employees;
   ✅ Prospect of long-term employment and residence in Belgium.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 23.76 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 4 000 – 4 514 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 17.10 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 2 873 – 3 249 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00–14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00–22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes lunch;
• Overtime hours are possible upon prior arrangement;
• Monthly working hours: 168–190 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packing beer bottles and cans;
• Quality control of products and labeling;
• Sorting and preparing for shipment;
• Working with automated equipment;
• Compliance with sanitary and production standards.

🏠 Accommodation:

• Housing costs are covered by the employer (except utilities);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room for 2-3 rooms;
• Amenities: beds with mattresses, new furniture, household appliances, Wi-Fi;
• Location: close to the workplace or free transfer;
• Utilities: from €50 to €150 per month (deducted from salary).
