🏢 A modern production and logistics center for packaging and sorting watches in Biel is inviting men, women, and couples to apply for a position as a packer. Work in a stable European company with the opportunity for extra income, quality bonuses, and comfortable working conditions.

📜 Official employment under the Schweizer Arbeitsvertrag contract, which is governed by the Swiss Labor Code (Obligationenrecht, ArG) and provides for:
✅ Timely payment of wages without delays;
✅ Registration in accordance with Swiss law;
✅ Payment of all mandatory taxes and contributions (AVS, ALV, Krankenversicherung, etc.);
✅ Increased payments for overtime, night shifts, and holidays;
✅ Full legal protection for employees and social guarantees;
✅ Medical and pension insurance.

💶 Salary:

1. Before taxes (gross):
   🔴 Hourly rate: 27.50 EUR/hour;
   🔴 Monthly salary: 4450 – 5325 EUR/month.
2. After taxes (net):
   🟢 Hourly rate: 22.00 EUR/hour;
   🟢 Monthly salary: 3560 – 4260 EUR/month.

🗓 Work schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8 – 10 hours in 2 shifts;
• First shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Second shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes + 30 minutes lunch;
• Overtime is possible by agreement;
• Monthly working hours: 160 – 190 hours.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Packaging watches and accessories (cases, straps, boxes);
• Checking for defects and compliance with quality standards;
• Marking and labeling products;
• Sorting by model and series;
• Maintaining order in the workplace;
• Compliance with sanitary and safety regulations.

🏠 Accommodation:

• The cost of accommodation is partially covered by the employer (utilities are paid by the employee);
• Accommodation: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2-3 people per room);
• Common areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;
• Conditions: furniture, appliances, bedding, Wi-Fi;
• Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;
• Utilities: up to EUR 200/month (deducted from salary).
